On a recent trip to the Prospect Park Zoo, I discovered a fantastic cow. a Dollstein, maybe? i know that’s not right, but this cow was tops. sooo soft, slightly less dumb looking than most cows i’ve met, and it slimed my hand oh so very much when i fed it.
Basically, it was love.
Anyways, I really like these photos.
I’m trying to get back into posting on a regular basis..we’ll see what happens. I have no real reason for why I stopped. I’m thinking a lot about gardening these days…so, get ready.
I mean really, how many times is this administration going to be busted for trying to manipulate the news in really underhanded, sneaky ways?
Nice work, Harvey E Johnson Jr!!

So, earlier this week I went to my local branch of the Queens Public Library System. I was reminded of the joy i feel when entering libraries (Books! Free Books!) I was also reminded that I think the Queens System is a pretty solid one. I decided to pick up some travel books, as I am embarking on a “Life Changing Trip Out West” in two weeks and wanted to plan. Because, that’s what I do. Plan.
I picked up this book 1,000 Places to See Before You Die, because really, that’s a promising title.
However, apparently you need to see a bunch of fancy resorts before you die, because that is truly where all the wonders of the world are held. This book was terrible. I say boo! to it.
But, you know what was great? Picking up the first three of Michael Apted’s Seven Up! Series I loved them.
Also, if you’re interested in getting free postcards (free postcards?!!?) from this trip, then you should send me your address. it’ll be great!
This could be just me, but this seems irresponsible of CNN….rude even….?
cushy elite
Ingmar Bergman died today at age 89. This Swedish director scared the shit out of me with his movie, Fanny and Alexander. Which dealt with a brother and sister who are step-fathered by an evil, mean ol’ bishop, who tortures them and alas, haunts them after his death.
Mr. Bergman produced over 50 films in his lifetime. All of which are trippy and existentially expressionistic in their own right. I really enjoy his long z-axis shots

It would be awesome if you signed this.
ugggh. I have nothing to say but Uuuuugh Bad News Bears
I really want to see this movie. I won’t lie to you. woo!
